///unofficial translation: The product is to be classified as food despite the statement on the packaging "Do not take. It is not a medicine.", it is to be classified as a food. The hemp extract contains the ingredient cannabidiol. CBD extracts as well as products containing this ingredient constitute a non-approved novel food. The approval process for CBD extracts was suspended because the safety could not be confirmed due to toxicological safety concerns. In addition, 500 mg of CBD are ingested with one package and thus the LOAEL for liver toxicity (daily dose of 300 mg at a body weight of 70 kg) is easily reached and even exceeded.
