The approval procedure for CBD extracts has been suspended because the safety could not be confirmed. Furthermore, ingestion of a realistic amount of CBD oil poses a health risk (effects on the liver organ by exceeding the LOAEL for liver toxicity). When taking one pipette (32 drops), the LOAEL is exceeded by a factor of 1.9. The product therefore constitutes a non-safe food.
