Das Produkt ist daher als gesundheitsschädlich im Sinne des Art. 14 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a) der VO (EG) 178/2002 und des § 5 Abs. 1 LFGB. Die normalen Bedingungen der Verwendung des Lebensmittels sind nicht geeignet, die Gesundheitsschädlichkeit abzuwenden. Das Erzeugnis ist unmittelbar verzehrsfertig. Eine vorherige Verarbeitung oder Behandlung, welche zur Abtötung oder wesentlichen Reduzierung von Salmonellen geeignet wäre, ist nicht Teil der normalen Verwendung. Die Probe ist nicht sicher im Sinne des Art. 14 Abs. 1 der VO (EG) 178/2002. ///unofficial translation: In the sample, Salmonella was qualitatively detected in 25 g of sample material.
