A Belgian consumer suffered an allergic reaction to gluten after consuming the product "Shark Crème de riz" from French FBO "Iron Shark Nutrition". This product carries both the claim "gluten-free" and the warning "may contain traces of gluten" on the label and on the product page of the web shop. The claim "gluten-free" is not allowed if cross-contamination is also possible. This is misleading for the consumer.
