unofficial translation: A cadmium content of 1.9 to 3.3 mg/kg was detected in the analyzed sample, taking into account the expanded measurement uncertainty. Thus, the maximum permissible amount of 1.0 mg/kg for cadmium in cephalopods (according to Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 in section 3 under item 3.2.15.7) is exceeded without any doubt, which was confirmed by a second independent investigation (circulation 2). The expert assesses the product as harmful to health according to Article 14 (2) (a) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002.
