Allergenic ingredients (peanut, hazelnut) in almond biscuits that are not declared and not listed in the list of ingredients. There is a risk for allergy sufferers here. The analyses have shown the following: Package 1: peanut 35000 mg/kg (3.5%), hazelnut 650 mg/kg. Package 2: peanut 40800 mg/kg (4.1 %), hazelnut 600 mg/kg, almond content < 0.1 %. Package 3: peanut 8800 mg/kg, hazelnut 1400 mg/kg The present sample was assessed as harmful to health and therefore unsafe. Article 14(1) Regulation (EC) 178/2002 in conjunction with.
