Man of age 72 suffering from cancer currently using chemotherapy in tablets (in addition to classical medicine, he is also looking for alternative treatment solutions). Health issue: Nausea, numbness, malaise, vomiting, diarrhea occurred 15 minutes after ingestion followed by loss of consciousness. The ambulance ambulance was called by the family member. The patient was intubated and transported to the anesthesiology resuscitation unit in hospital. Suspected cyanide poisoning was confirmed afterwards and antidote given. After a few days the patient was stable and discharged from hospital for home care.
