Dieser Wert liegt über der von SCF veröffentlichten Obergrenze für Erwachsene (600 µg/Tag) bzw. Kinder (200 µg/Tag) sowie über der vom BfR angegebenen oberen tolerierbaren Iodzufuhr von 500 µg/Tag. /// The iodine content of the seaweed is 189 mg/kg. Since no consumption quantities or instructions for preparation or cooking are indicated on the packaging, an iodine intake of 1890 µg/day can be assumed based on an assumed daily consumption quantity of at least 10 g. This value is above the upper limit for adults (600 µg/day) and children (200 µg/day) published by SCF and above the upper tolerable iodine intake of 500 µg/day stated by BfR.
