In addition, the presence of an unknown and unauthorized GMM alpha-amylase and GMM protease was observed. The sample contains also Chloramphenicol above the limits (STANDING COMMITTEE ON THE FOOD CHAIN AND ANIMAL HEALTH HELD IN BRUSSELS ON 21 OCTOBER 2013 (Section Toxicological Safety of the Food Chain)
