Aufgrund der normalen Verwendung und der Größe der Kunststoff-Eiswürfel ist es vorhersehbar, dass diese, insbesondere -aber nicht nur- bei Kindern beim Trinken in den Mund gelangen, unabsichtlich verschluckt werden und im Hals die Luftzufuhr blockieren können, sodass insbesondere die Gefahr des Erstickens besteht. Überprüfung der Verschluckbarkeit erfolgte mittels Prüfzylinder nach DIN EN 71-1. Da die Eiswürfel vollständig in den Prüfzylinder passten, waren diese als verschluckbar anzusehen. § 3 Nummer 10 LFGB § 5 Absatz 2 Nummer 2 LFGB **** EC: Due to the normal use and the size of the plastic ice cubes, it is foreseeable that, especially, but not only, children, when drinking they get the cubes in their mouths and inadvertently swallowed them, which could block the air supply in the throat.
