The Danish Veterinary and Food administration (DVFA) have found that CBD oils and CBD gummies are marketed toward the Danish consumers from the website www.natures-help.eu. Extracts of CBD (cannabidiol) from the cannabis plant falls the novel food regulation and are therefore considered an unauthorised novel food ingredient in food supplements.
