Under Directive 2002/32/EC the maximum level of Mercury in feed materials is 0.1mg/kg, the analytical test result confirms a minimum of 0.49mg/kg; therefore, exceeding the maximum permitted level. Article 5 of Directive 2002/32, on undesirable substances in feed, states: Member States shall prescribe that products intended for animal feed containing levels of an undesirable substance that exceed the maximum level fixed in Annex I may not be mixed for dilution purposes with the same, or other, products intended for animal feed
