Además, los cordones de la capucha son demasiado largos, pueden enredarse en el cuello del bebé, provocándole asfixia. La bolsa para el transporte de la mochila, por su tamaño y el cordón de cierre que presenta, puede ocasionar estrangulamiento al niño si mete la cabeza en la bolsa y tira de los cordones.
