- Durante los ensayos, las piezas pequeñas incorporadas (válvulas y tapones) se separan con una fuerza inferior a la establecida, lo que puede suponer un riesgo de asfixia si el niño las ingiere accidentalmente. Además, se produce la pérdida de aire del flotador a través de todas las válvulas una vez que se abren los tapones, lo que puede provocar ahogamiento.
