La parte metálica que une la cinta con el fijador a la ropa, tiene una abertura que no es del tamaño adecuado por lo que puede producir lesiones por atrapamiento de los dedos. Además, la longitud máxima del broche para chupetes es superior a lo permitido por lo que puede causar estrangulamientos.
