- La bolsa de plástico utilizada como envase del juguete tiene un espesor menor del establecido y un tamaño tal que el niño puede introducir su cabeza en ella, con riesgo de asfixia. Durante el ensayo, se comprueba que al acercarse a una llama, el producto arde rápidamente, por lo que puede provocar quemaduras en el pelo y la cara. Además, se desprenden los adornos en forma de joya, piezas pequeñas que puede obstruir la garganta del menor, provocándole asfixia.
