- ㅇ Inadequate motor toy - Area: Product - Measured value: The misuse test (tensile test) that reasonably simulates potential misuses shows that the battery, which is a small part, can be accessed. - Standard: When tested according to 5.2(small part test), a user shall not be allowed to access the battery of toys unless tools are used or forces are applied at two areas at the same time. Batteries shall not be accessed easily when tested in accordance with 5.7 (Access of part and fittings) and 5.24 (Misuse test that reasonably simulates potential misuses). Tests shall be performed with recommended batteries in place. ◇ Risk of swallowing batteries as users are able to access small batteries easily
