- Facebook Technologies, LLC. (Hereinafter “FBT”) has been informed of the skin irritation cases by few customers on the areas where the face cushion contacted the face. This skin irritation is different from the typical lines or wrinkles you could get from the pressure of the cushion after using the device. ◇ Most skin irritation cases were mild and got healed by themselves, but regardless of the intensity, this does not meet the high standards of FBT.
- Recommendations
- ◇ FBT changed the manufacturing process of Quest2, and believe that this would resolve the skin irritation issues with the new process. ◇ FBT provides the customers who purchased Quest2 headset and Quest2 Fit Back with a silicone cover for free.
