- It is confirmed that a tyre(Serial No : 4732206948) of a certain lot went through a prolonged curing process than its standard. This sometimes could lead to a sudden loss of air pressure while driving, resulting in tyre damages and increasing the risk of car accidents. This potentially applies to a single tyre, and no relevant injuries have been reported so far, however we decided to conduct the recall for all the tyres manufactured together in the same week with the tyre to ensure we protect consumers in conservative views. * Lot number:418396, Week of manufacturing: 0319 (Manufactured in the 3rd week of 2019) ** Curing process: It refers to a process that engraves tread patterns and makes rubber and elastic desired by heating and pressurizing green tyre, which is in the flexible rubber state, inside and outside after putting it into a mould. ◇ This sometimes could lead to a sudden loss of air pressure while driving, resulting in tyre damages and increasing the risk of car accidents. However, no relevant injuries have been reported so far.
