- CHEMICAL ; The product contains nickel and an excessive amount of copper (measured values: 4.3 ppm and 189 ppm, respectively). Nickel can cause skin irritation, induce sensitisation or elicit allergic responses. Copper can cause liver and kidney damage and might affect fertility. ; The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, recommends that the levels of nickel are as low as technically achievable and copper does not exceed 25 ppm.
