- The vacuum valve of a certain model was not constructed with materials suitable to withstand the presence of alcohol in the fuel. Since in Costa Rica it is proposed to mix fuels with alcohol, this could cause these valves, if they are not replaced, to become deformed and reduce the vacuum generated by the engine system.
- Recommendations
- Affected vehicle owners will be receiving communication from Maruti Suzuki authorised dealer workshops for inspection and replacement of the faulty part.
