Risk or hazard
There is no indication that the mask can’t be used after loss or defect of the valves. Malfunction or loss of one of the valves leads to the inability to breathe, causing suffocation. The lack of relevant information could result in serious injury, drowning and death. As of August 14, 2023, the company has received no report of incidents or injuries in Canada.
