Risk and measures

Risk or hazard
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that these cribs do not meet the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the space between the bars may be too wide and if so, a child could get stuck between them. Also, the crib bars can break, posing a risk of entrapment and injury to children. As of September 14, 2023, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada. For more information on crib requirements in Canada, as well as the safe use of cribs, see Health Canada's Consumer Information - Cribs, cradles and bassinets . For more information on safe sleeping practices for infants, see Health Canada's Consumer Information -  Creating a safe sleep environment for your baby .
