- Myx has received reports that the pedals of the MYX II indoor stationary exercise bike can become detached if not properly installed, posing a scrape, bruising, or fall hazard to consumers. As of October 16, 2022, Myx has received 25 reports of pedal detachment from Canadian consumers. Of those reports, 4 consumers reported injuries in the nature of falls or bruises. In the United States, Myx has also received 839 reports of pedal detachment from consumers. Of those reports, 71 consumers reported injuries in the nature of falls, bruises, scrapes, bruises or cuts.
