These products do not comply with the permanent ban on baby bottle self-feeding devices . Risk of serious injury or death from choking, aspiration pneumonia, suffocation and ear infections with the use of baby bottle self-feeding devices.
Recommendations
Stop using the product immediately. Dispose of the product safely by cutting the teat and placing it with household waste so it can’t be used by anyone else.
