- Due to a manufacturing fault, the canister can forcefully eject from the base of the pump when pressurised. Risk of serious injury to the user or bystanders from impact with the pump’s canister. An incident causing injury has occurred.

Submit a recall claim through the Lezyne website to receive a free replacement pump. After submitting the recall claim, dispose of the recalled pump according to state and local regulations.
