The adaptor does not comply with the relevant electrical safety standard. The plugs do not have insulated pins and there is no compliance mark. There is a risk of serious injury, death or property damage from fire or electric shock if the plug overheats or if the electricity arcs while consumers are removing the plug from the socket.
