- The mount does not contain a secondary locking mechanism. The adjustable arm may fall from the mount if the mount is adjusted with the projector attached. There is a risk of serious injury if the adjustable arm falls from the ceiling mount with the projector attached.
- Recommendations
- Consumers must not attempt to adjust the length of the projector mount by releasing its locking mechanism, without first removing the attached projector. Consumers should contact JB Hi-Fi by calling 1300 524 266 (Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm, Sat 9am to 5pm, AEST) or by sending an email to homeservices@jbhifi.com.au, to arrange installation of a replacement projector mount (at no cost to the consumer).
