Recalled lanterns are missing an internal layer of foam insulation which may result in an electrical short circuit. The risk of an electrical short circuit occurring is higher if the lantern is being charged. There is a risk of serious burn injuries if the recalled lantern short circuits and causes the product to overheat and catch fire. The risk of incident occurring is higher when the lantern is being charged.
Recommendations
