The affected batch of conditioner is contaminated with bacteria Pluralibacter gergoviae . Other bacteria may be introduced with further conditioner use, due to insufficient preservative within the product. Conditioner products contaminated with Pluralibacter gergoviae and other bacteria can cause infection or illness, especially in people with, weakened immune systems (immunocompromised).
Recommendations
