The thread ring for the connector between the fuel canister and the collection water bowl may be faulty. If the thread ring is faulty, it may not allow the water collection bowl to be properly attached to the fuel canister, which could cause a fuel leak This poses a fire hazard, increasing the risk of serious injury or death.
Recommendations
