The silicone on the sippy cup may tear and detach from the product. If part of the silicone detaches from the cup, it may pose a choking or ingestion hazard to small children, which can lead to serious injury or death.
Recommendations
Customers should  immediately stop using the sippy cup and should return the product to a Myer store as soon as possible for a refund. A receipt is not required to obtain a refund.
