Risk and measures

Risk or hazard
The stroller does not comply with the mandatory standard 'Competition and Consumer Act 2010 - Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007 - Consumer Product Safety Standard for Prams and Strollers'. When the handle of the product is in one of the lower four positions, a gap is created between the main body of the stroller and the handle. The manufacturer labels are also missing or insufficient. If the child’s head becomes trapped in the resulting gap, this may pose a serious risk of injury to the child.
Recommendations
Consumers should stop using the product and contact Ozsmart Trading Pty Ltd to arrange product repair. For further information, consumers should send a message to the seller via eBay Message Centre, or email the seller directly via service01@idealsmart.com.au
