- The lamp is attractive to children but it is not equipped with a transformer or converter. The lamp bulb is easily accessible and touching it when is hot it may cause burns. The user can touch live parts and receive an electric shock. The round translucent plastic parts falling out easily from the lamp shade generating small parts. A small child may put it in the mouth and choke on it. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
