Gemäß Artikel 14 Abs. 1 und 2 der VO (EG) Nr. 178/2002 dürfen Lebensmittel, die gesundheitsschädlich sind nicht in den Verkehr gebracht werden. Somit ist die Probe als nicht verkehrsfähig zu beurteilen. ///unofficial translation: Salmonella has been detected in 250 g; the DGHM (German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology) warning threshold has been exceeded. As these are pathogenic microorganisms, a risk to consumer health cannot be ruled out. In accordance with Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, foodstuffs that are harmful to health must not be placed on the market. The sample must therefore be deemed unfit for sale.
