///Unofficial translation: Based on the detected migration of MOAH (C10-C50) from the packaging into the packaged food and the identification of the polyaromatic >= 3 ring MOAH, it cannot be ruled out that the sample is capable of posing a risk to human health. The MOAH transitions from the packaging are therefore capable of changing the food packaged in it within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 in an unjustifiable manner. According to § 31, paragraph 1 of the LFGB, it is prohibited to use as consumer goods or to place on the market materials or articles within the meaning of § 2, paragraph 6, sentence 1, number 1, which do not comply with the requirements for their manufacture as laid down in Article 3, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004.
