    The importer requested a second expert opinion pursuant to Article 35 of Reg. (EU) 625/2017 and Article 7 of d.lgs21/4/2021 no. 27. The BCP reviewed the entire administrative procedure that led to the assessment of the unfavorable analytical result and, recognizing the merits of the request regarding the sampling methods and the recording thereof, accepted the request for annulment of the assessment. We therefore ask for the withdrawal of the notification.
