We have received a consumer complaint about warm-up meals from the web shop Factor Meals. The meal was bought online on the web shop www.factormeals.be. The consumer said he followed the recommended preparation method, i.e. 20 minutes at 170°C in the oven, but the plastic container came out completely deformed and partially melted. This could pose an FCM migration risk and risk for health.
