Die zuständige Behörde im Vereinigten Königreich hat in einem Backwarenprodukt hohe Aflatoxingehalte festgestellt. Eine Rückverfolgbarkeitsprüfung hat ergeben, dass die Quelle der Aflatoxine Pistazien sind. Analysen der verbliebenen Pistazienbestände und der Produkte, die diese enthalten, ergaben hohe Aflatoxingehalte. Ermittlungen zur Rückverfolgbarkeit der betroffenen Pistazienpartien bestätigten, dass die Pistazien von Firmen in Deutschland in das Vereinigte Königreich geliefert wurden. /// The competent authority in the United Kingdom has detected high levels of aflatoxins in a bakery product. A traceability check revealed that the source of the aflatoxins was pistachios. Analyses of the remaining stocks of pistachios and the products containing them revealed high levels of aflatoxins. Traceability investigations of the affected lots of pistachios confirmed that the pistachios were supplied to the UK by companies in Germany.
