The measurement results were confirmed by a second independent investigation. Both active substances inhibit acetylchlolinesterase. Therefore, the hazard index was determined for the consideration of the cumulative risk. It amounts to 1,23 for raw beans and 1,35 for cooked beans for Dutch infants. Therefore, a health risk due to the active substances found cannot be excluded.
