Unfavourable documentary control. UNAUTHORIZED ADDITIVE. After reviewing the documentation provided, it is observed that the additive E476 has been used in the product for the sweet white chocolate flavor part (85%). Following the specifications contained in Regulation No. 1333/2008 on food additives, the additive E476 (Polyglycerol polyricinoleate) is only authorized for use in cocoa-based confectionery products, and this part does not contain cocoa in its composition. The transfer principle contained in article 18 of the Regulation, it cannot be applied R1333/2008, assuming that the additive was added to vegetable oil since its use would only be allowed in spreadable fats and the oils it contains (palm, palm kernel, shea, sunflower and/or safflower) cannot be included in that group. The biscuit part (15%) contains less than 2% cocoa, and the transfer principle would not be applicable either. Regulation (EU) 2008/1333
