too high level of overall migration from biobased disposable tableware (forks) from China; Tests have been performed at the National Public Health Surveillance Laboratory and it was determined that the results of overall migration to 3 % acetic acid are not in compliance with the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. The testing was performed in accordance with LST EN 1186-9:2002: the testing conditions for the determination of overall migration to 3 % acetic acid are 2 hours, 70°C.
