- Some of the lock nuts that are out of the allowable tolerance were used in fabricating products manufactured for four months including June, November, December 2020, and January 2021 due to poor material management by a partner company, and the products with the nuts could face loosening nuts. N/A ◇ If the lock nuts are loosened and come off, and the nuts could be eaten by a user. In order to prevent it from happening, CUCKOO Electronics perform the voluntary recall.
- Recomendaciones
- ◇ Consumers who use the products (manufactured in June 2020, November 2020, December 2020) must stop using the product immediately and contact CUCKOO Electronics’ recall centre (1588-8899) or visit a nearby service centre for further service.
