- 1) Among the sink cabinets made and sold between 2011 and 2013, some wrapped doors of the sink cabinets 2) could present that the wrapping surface comes off or the glue used for wrapping comes out, suggesting that the excessive amount of the glue was used or the hardening agent was not well mixed. 3) Between 2011 and March 31, 2020, 707 similar cases (0.71%) were reported and corrected. Not applicable ◇ If the sink cabinet doors’ wrapping comes off or its glues come out, ◇ Users are restricted from using it as usual.
- Recomendaciones
- ◇ (1) If the similar cases (wrapping coming off, glue coming out) happen from the aforementioned products, it should be informed to Hanssem service centre (1588-0900) before September 26 (Saturday), 2020, so that it can get it inspected and fixed or replaced with a new one for free. ◇ (2) Users can find more details on Hanssem service centre website. ◇ (3) Users also can find information on the service via Hanssem’s service call or text.
