The product does not comply with the requirements of Israel Mandatory standard SI 5113 dealing with plastic materials and plastic articles in contact with food and beverages (based both on the European Regulations and on the US FDA requirements). The formaldehyde migration exceeded the permitted amount (17.3 mg/kg instead of 15 mg/kg)

- Voluntary recall by importer/distributer ('Collection Design Tel Aviv Ltd') initiated by Israel's Commissioner of Standardization. Buyers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Collection Design Logistic Center to receive a free replacement or refund
