- The recalled products do not meet the packaging requirements for vaping products as required by the Vaping Products Labeling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Products Safety Act. Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested. Inappropriate packaging such as missing child-resistant closures can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death. As of April 22, 2025 , the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
