These products do not meet the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the bassinet's sleep surface provides an incline angle greater than 7 degrees, posing a risk of entrapment and suffocation to the child.   Health Canada reminds parents and caregivers that the safest place for a baby to sleep is on their back on a firm, flat surface intended for sleep. As of September 3, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injury in Canada.
