- The plastic clip used to hold larger items may fail, causing the larger items to fall and presenting an injury hazard. Use of this product without the use of straps (i.e. just a bicycle) does not present a hazard. As of August 7 th , 2024 the company has received no reports of the plastic clip failing in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 4 reports of incidents, one of which involved a minor injury.
