When the Bugaboo Dragonfly Stroller is unfolded with the seat in "parent-facing" position and the backrest of the seat is unfolded directly into a horizontal position, rather than the fully upright position the seat backrest will not be properly secured and may move past its intended stopping point, presenting an injury risk to an unharnessed child.   As of December 5, 2023, the company has received no reports or injuries in Canada.  Bugaboo has been advised of 7 reports from consumers in South Korea and 1 report from a consumer in the United States that the backrest of the seat has moved past its intended stopping point when children were placed in the seat.  No injuries were reported.
