- When the Product is opened incorrectly by the front or smaller side during use, the front or smaller side of the product can fall and pose a potential injury hazard to the consumers. Furthermore, if the product is not anchored to the wall when in the closed and stored position, it can tip over if handled contrary to instructions, posing a potential tip-over and entrapment hazards. As of December 6, 2023 , the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries associated with the Products in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 12 reports of minor injuries.
